What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 5-6 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website. or, you can visit our store, click on “My Store”, and then click “Track My Order” to view your order status directly.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and delivering your kitchen products safely.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • You can reach us via email at support@eaterys.shop or submit a request through your profile → Orders → Return Order. Please add a description of the issue and submit your request if you are returning a damaged or defective product.
  • Once approved, we will replace the item or issue a full refund as per your preference.
  • Photos of the damaged product may be requested to speed up the process
